Frozen Beef Omasum
Beef Omasum is made from a solid ball-shaped part of the stomach that contains various thin muscular folds or “leaves” that are covered by papillae. Omasum is generally known as the 3rd stomach which is located between the Abomasum and the Reticulum. This part is covered by a lesser caul fat. Tripe is packed with health benefits with some also calling it a superfood. It is loaded with iron, calcium, and protein.
